This are the rates for CasaMara

$1,400 per month for 6 month rentals
$1,300 per month for 9 month rentals
$1,200 per month for 12 month rentals

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

If you reserve Casa Mara and then are unable to stay, please give us two weeks notice, so we can rent it to someone else.
The check or money order should be sent to an address given when you reserve. Once we receive the deposit, you are confirmed booked at Casa Mara.
The deposit is for any possible damages (including smoking in the house) that might be done to the property. If there are no damages and the property doesn't need any more than a regular cleaning, your deposit will be returned to you in full after your departure.
Payment of rental fees is to be paid on site to the manager who will arrange a date with you during your stay. You can pay in full when you arrive or pay by the week.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least two weeks notice. If you give us two weeks notice, there is no penalty. Less than two weeks notice and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of your deposit. This is quite lenient compared to most rentals who require a month's notice.
Please keep in mind that renting a vacation rental home or apartment is different from renting a hotel room. A last-minute cancellation for a vacation rental will usually result in the owner losing all of his or her revenue for the period reserved.
